The Southwest Finland ELY Centre is a wide-ranging development and service centre, as well as the controlling authority operating in Southwest Finland and Satakunta. Its operational point of departure is to ensure network cooperation for sustainable well-being, vibrant industry and commerce, attractive provinces and a good environmental status, as well as satisfied residents. Circular economy is an important part of implementing these objectives.
